Heat the oil in a\nDutch oven set over a moderate heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the roast to the dish, browning well on all sides, about 6 to 8\nminutes. Add the wine, bring to a boil, and let it reduce by half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the broth around the roast and scatter the garlic and half the\nrosemary on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place a lid on the dish and transfer it to the oven.
